How paying with a debit card works

When you book, the card on file pays your first week or month plus a refundable deposit. After that, the same card is charged automatically each week or month until you give notice. With a debit card, those charges come straight out of your bank account, so make sure the balance covers the deposit on booking day.

You still need to pass the same ID and driving record check as everyone else. Paying by debit card doesn’t change the approval steps.

Deposit

A refundable deposit is charged once at booking and returned after you bring the car back and it passes inspection. With a debit card, the refund goes back to your bank account.

Card on file

Weekly or monthly charges run on the same card. You can update your card in the app.
