Your name, contact info, date of birth and address; your driver’s license photos and selfie (through Stripe Identity); your driving record (through a consumer reporting agency, with your permission); payment info (stored by Stripe, not us); check-in photos; and the car’s GPS location, speed and mileage while you rent it. If you join the waitlist, we collect your name, phone, email, city and the plan you want.
To decide if you can rent, run your rental, bill you, protect and recover our cars, keep up maintenance, follow the law (including Texas rental tax), and contact you about your rental or the waitlist.
Only the companies that help us run Sudgo Drive: Stripe (payments and ID checks), our driving record provider, our insurer, our GPS tracker provider and our database host. We share info with police or in court when the law requires it or when a car is stolen or not returned. We don’t sell your data.
While you have an account, and after that only as long as the law requires (for example, payment and tax records).
You can update your info in the app, and delete your Sudgo Drive account in the app under Account → Delete account (not while you have a car). You can also email us to delete your account or waitlist signup, or to ask for a copy of your info.
If you join the waitlist, we may text you about rentals. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
