Message us in the Sudgo Drive app (Account → Chat with support) and we reply right there, or email drive@getsudgo.com. For an accident or emergency, call 911 first, then message us in the app.
In the Sudgo Drive app, go to Account → Delete account. You can’t delete your account while you have a car. You can also email drive@getsudgo.com with the subject “Delete my Sudgo Drive account” from the email or phone on your account. We delete your account and personal info, except records the law requires us to keep (like payment and tax records).
Reply STOP to any text, or email drive@getsudgo.com and we’ll remove you.
